Registering
to Participate in iEARN Forums
Everyone
in the iEARN database can register to participate our WWW-based forums,
as well as give access to students in their classrooms. Each participant
needs to be REGISTERED to enter the iEARN discussion forums. You can
register by going to the "Join iEARN" section of www.iearn.org
if you are a teacher.
 If
you are a student, ask your teacher to register with iEARN, and he/she
can then create a User Name and Password for you. This can be done
on a Teacher's My iEARN Page.

When
you
go to the iEARN Interactive Forums at http://foro.iearn.org, you
will see the page below.

You are now
at the main iEARN Forums page:

After registering, you also
have the option of entering information on your school,
organization, country and your school's WWW home page which will also
appear when your messages are posted in the discussion forums. To do
so, click the "Preference" button at the bottom of any of the
Forum pages. After
adding your school name and WWW address, click on "Set Preference"
at the bottom of the page.
You are now ready to enter
the Teachers Forum (also known as Lounge) to meet other teachers
and
introduce yourself and your school. The topics in this discussion forum
are organized by the most recently active.
