Holocaust/Genocide Project:
|
An End to Intolerance (AETI) is an annual, international student-produced magazine. (Please Note: In its first year, the magazine -- then a newsletter -- was called An End to Ignorance.) Each year, students participating in the Holocaust/Genocide Project collaborate from all over the world, via computer telecommunications, to publish this printed magazine. Each issue of the publication focuses on a particular topic; for example, the 1995 issue, Remember the Children, focused on children in the Holocaust, and also contained information about topics of contemporary concern.
In the words of the student editor of the 1995 issue, Kevin Johnson, An End to Intolerance is one of the ways students can "continue the HGP's goal of spreading information, promoting respect for human rights, and ending the hate that surrounds intolerance."
This World Wide Web page offers access to on-line issues of An End to Intolerance -- and the first issue, An End to Ignorance. Printed copies of the current issues were available from iEARN when it was able to offer to Holocaust/Genocide Project.
