CHAPTER TEN - iEARN Calendar

Below are some of the important dates/events during the iEARN year:

February: Assembly vote on location of iEARN International conference to be held 17 months later (For example, voting in February 2007 for the July 2009 Conference)

February 15: Deadline for registering for Online Courses
Session 1

Early March - early May: Online courses underway

May 1: Request is sent to all iEARN Coordinators, Representatives and Contact Persons for an Annual Report

May 30: Deadline for each iEARN Coordinator, Representative and Contact Person to submit Annual Report

July: - International Conference, Youth Summit and physical Assembly meeting. Dates of the conference vary slightly each year within July

August 15: Deadline for Project Descriptions to be sent for the annual Project Description Booklet

September: Invitation for Applications to host the iEARN International Conference in July, 21 months later

September 15: Deadline for registering for Online Courses
Session 2

October 1: The Project Description Booklet is published

Early October - early December: Online courses underway

December: Deadline for applications to host the iEARN International Conference to be held in July, 19 months later.
