The U.S. Department of Education has an excellent "Teacher's Guide to International Collaboration on the Internet", with tips on how to engage in Project-Based Learning, working cross-culturally and specific project ideas in many K-12 curriculum areas.

Language and Civil Society Electronic Journal. A fine online resource from the U.S. Department of State is this electronic journal, which consists of four volumes: Civic Education, Peace Education, Environmental Education, and Business Ethics.

The American Forum for Global Education: Teaching Materials and Lesson Plans
