Welcome to iEARN CIRCLES,
a central body to initiate iEARN projects. The
President of the iEARN CIRCLE can be the Principal or the Top most level
administrator (ex officio). Then there is a vice President, preferably
one
who is most committed and the mentor for the rest. A body of students
and
teacher coordinators can be the next level. Unstinted support of parents
is essential especially when organizing a representation at the
International level.

The objectives
1. To establish the school
level net work on iearn activitis
2. To link iearn with the school system
3. To establish an accountable body for the iearn at school level
4. To facilitate community projects
5.To obtain official status for iearn within and outside school
How to achieve the objectives
No 1.
a)The country coordinators
obtain permission from the Ministry of Ed,
or the management board.
b).Hold work shops at
Zonal provincial and Island level With an official rep
from the ministry present at the inauguration
c) Country cordinators visit/ write to the principals enlighten him,
No.2
a) The teachers who attended
work shops start IEARN CIRCLES in their
schools with the Principal /Chairman School board at the top advisory
teachers in charge , classlevel reps, Write aconstitution depending on
the
school, invite parental body
b ) hold school level project discussions.meetings at regular intervals
where ever possible the parents participation as observers, wellwishers
c).
Spellout the link of iearn with the curriculum, end the Extra
curricular, project based learning, and tele education { at the work shops
country coord,can give guide lines}
